Today, there are many materials available to choose from, for concrete and metal-sheet roofs.

Liquid applied membranes proved to be a feasible, economical and environmentally friendly solution. Materials for Liquid membranes are commonly Acrylic or Polyurethane (PU) resins. Both materials have high elongation and are resistant to UV sunlight. PU is more suitable were water is ponding up such a rain puddles and gutters.

Nowadays, bituminous waterproof membranes are receiving a great comeback in Thailand.This is due to the crack bridging properties and very long lifetime.
